DCA Investigations, LLC primarily serves the South Carolina lowcountry, but will travel to you depending on the case. We are able to provide a multitude of services online. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions!
What’s your payment policy?
We accept all forms of payment, including all major credit and debit cards, cash, and check. Investigations: Most investigations require an initial retainer fee to begin and the fee will be deducted from the retainer. All additional billing would always be discussed with the client in advance. Our hourly rate in consistent with other private investigation firms in the area. We are happy to discuss payment options with you.
Process Service: Our process service fees are also consistent with those throughout South Carolina. We will make up to three attempts to serve for $75 within our geographic area. If you require a rush delivery (need service within 24 hours) an additional $35 will be charged. If more than one paper is served at a time, a 25% discount will be made. Please note, if process service is requested by public agencies, we will always honor South Carolina state laws.
